The Client Hive does not guarantee client acquisition, business opportunities, sales conversions, recruitment contracts, or revenue generation.
3. Refund Policy
All purchases are generally non-refundable because users receive immediate access to digital services, credits, and lead information.
4. Exceptional Refund Requests
Refund requests may be considered only in cases of:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Payment processed but access not provided
- Billing error directly caused by The Client Hive
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of business results
- Failure to use credits
- Failure to use subscription services
- User misunderstanding of platform features
- Expired subscriptions or credits
6. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing cycle.
7. Free Credits and Promotional Offers
Free credits and promotional credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.
8. Chargebacks
Users agree to contact support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
